MVM SM500-800 Sanding Machine

The SM500 is a sanding machine designed for bevelled circular discs and saw blades, performing surface sanding to clean the disc body from oxidation, resin, incrustations, and thermal treatment stains. This process polishes the disc and restores it to its original thickness without alterations. For larger blades, the SM800 version is available, accommodating diameters up to Ø800mm.

The superior surface finish achieved ensures optimal mounting of the disc during normal use or re-grinding. There's no need to fix the blade on the table; simply position the blade on the rubber-coated rotating table, which provides sufficient friction to hold it securely during machining. The SM500 can be used in conjunction with our model LA500/700 for blade cleaning prior to re-grinding.
