The LA300 is a compact and convenient grinding machine designed for sharpening circular blades and counter-knives. Easy to use, the LA300 can sharpen circular blades up to 300mm in diameter. It features a 0°-70° rotating grinding head, a 1.5 kW grinding motor, an automatic working cycle, and a variable-speed blade support.
This machine is particularly suitable for sharpening blades used in the tissue sector. Additionally, it can sharpen not only beveled disks but also mincing blades and cross-cut mincing blades for meat grinders up to Ø200mm.
For sharpening mincer blades, the LA300 must be equipped with a flange and counter-flange, and it requires the rotating arm option for sharpening counter-blades and the corundum grinding wheel. To perform a level grinding operation on both sides of the mincer blade and the reversible cross-cut blade, the grinding wheel head must be positioned at 0°.
For diameters greater than Ø200mm, we recommend our LA500 model.
